How to assess this fabric direction
Fishing shirts are exposed to sun, heat and repeated movement. Fabric development therefore often considers coverage, target sun protection, air flow, stretch, durability and garment construction together. Some designs use a light main fabric with breathable panels at the back, underarm or other high-heat areas rather than expecting one fabric to solve every requirement.
A matte breathable-hole direction can be considered for functional panels, while a high-stretch layered breathable option may suit areas needing more support. A matte ice-feel nylon spandex fabric provides another starting point for the main body. These are sampling directions, not fixed garment formulas; hole size, color, stretch appearance and seam behavior need physical review.
UPF or other function claims require the appropriate testing approach. Send the garment drawing, panel placement, color, target weight, quantity and selling market so the team can help narrow the sample range. Confirm stock, price, batch and shipping details before a bulk decision.
